
Lowell began acting when she played the lead role in Dangerously Close. She then played a small part as the Assistant District Attorney Jamie Ross. 4 She progressed to roles including co-starring as Bond girl Pam Bouvier in the James Bond movie Licence to Kill (1989) as well, beginning in 1996 she was the assistant district attorney Jamie Ross for two seasons in the drama television series Law & Order, a character she reprised in 2005 for a guest role in its spinoff, Law & Order: Trial by Jury, and reprised the role on the original show in 2022 when it returned to a 21st season. Six years ago, she was dissatisfied with her acting career, so she applied to New York University to study documentary filmmaking. [4] The actress took a break from acting in the mid-2000s. Lowell was able to lend her voice and likeness to Lowell and reprised her Licence to Kill character in 007 Legends. Lowell returned to television in 2018, and was on Blue Bloods as a guest.
